‘I have always been a keen advocate of the benefits of Health and Fitness, from both a physical and emotional point of view. I’ve trained for and completed many high profile globally recognised events, such as Ironman Triathlon and Marathon de Sables, but equally I feel blessed and happy to take part in my local 3 mile Parkrun each week.
